Health Cash Plan:
This Simply Health scheme is there to help cover the cost towards your everyday healthcare treatments. Whether it is a dental check-up, sight test or even physiotherapy treatment, you can claim money back towards your treatment.
A taxable benefit up to the value of £360 per year, which Vision employees can use for gym membership, fitness classes or courses, bikes etc
Our pension helps gives you peace of mind for the future, to be able to plan for your retirement. It’s a matched contribution scheme with contributions up to 6% and you choose how your money is invested by the pension provider.
Income Protection Insurance:
(Sometimes referred to as Permanent Health Insurance – PHI). Subject to a successful claim, you can receive 75% of your salary (less the standard employment and support allowance – ESA) from week 14 of a prolonged illness.
Up to 3 x, your annual salary to your nominated beneficiaries, giving you confidence that your loved ones will be supported should the worst happen.
We all need time away from work to recharge, go travelling, take care of personal stuff, interest and hobbies, and to spend time with our families and friends. Our holiday allowance starts at 23 days per annum. This increases by one day each full year until you reach 28 days (+ Bank Holidays).
Holiday Buy/Sell scheme:
Need more days this year for an extra special trip, or maybe you’re not going to need the full quota of days? You will be able to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday for the year.

We hold company events such as a Yearly Kick Off Conference, a chance for everyone in the business to get together, as well as having summer and Christmas office gatherings, regular Town Halls, pub lunch Fridays and various charity, sports or interest related activities for those who wish to take part.
We’ve recently introduced an innovation day; one day per month for every employee, to invest in developing ideas and supporting new innovations – whether it’s focusing on a particular project, gaining insight into a different area of the business or getting together with colleagues to brainstorm, sharing knowledge, expertise and looking at new ideas.
Our offices have breakout and/or kitchen areas allowing you to have time away from desk; eat your lunch, catch up with colleagues, read, listen to music, play computer games, pool, generally just making sure you have somewhere to relax/refresh. We have ‘tuck shops’ offering drinks, snacks and fruit for when you just need something extra, and there are sandwich or food providers that visit the offices daily.
